1. CCP government does not change it’s leaders every 5 years so President Xi will be around until he dies.

2. So if you buy a property in China today for 99 years you will not see huge drastic changes to the economy.

3. CCP has a socialist agenda and it takes care of it’s citizens. Do not expect this in Western democracies as it is to only win your votes.

4. China is the greatest domestic market in the world, it can isolate itself from western nations and still survive, I cannot say much for others.

5. Already you can see later all Chinese companies will run back to Chinese bourses to list, and avoid Wall Street. See all Chinese companies are flux with cash, while Wall Street is for show only, because now the FEDs are in trouble.

6. Everything the US lost already, in Internet, in Technologies, in Wall Street, in Digital Currency, in Defence Technologies and needs to be bailed out. Even it’s trillions of stimulus needs to come from me, what is there to brag about?

7. Singapore face a lot of issues that costs trillions of $$$ which the PAP Government is not able to solve. Highest cost of living in the entire world. Cost of doing business is the same. No confidence on the PAP govt to return CPF monies when retirement, costing plenty of troubles for citizens. Every costs is inflated, hospitalisation, transport, F & B, groceries, even hawkers cannot keep up. So hang yourself in Singapore? Competition is dominated by GLCs, then what happens? See the FDW situation when profits is the only motive, all FDW are squeezed to death.

8. I myself want to get out of Singapore, do you see a Future? I never believe any of the US promise of capitalism, they are all lies to serve the elites, once you know all their secrets, you will be treated as an enemy of the State. Up to now I am denied not a single cent funding even I control every single technology, every economy in the world, and is pay back time.
